Cookies, bars, breakfasts… and of course lots of chocolate. Here are the top 10 recipes from Just So Tasty in 2015.
Can you believe it’s 2016? I’m holding on to denial a little—this year brings a big birthday for me, and I probably shouldn’t start it with my apartment in chaos.
Let’s take a moment to look back at 2015 and all the deliciousness. That year marked the launch of Just So Tasty. Baking has always been my hobby, but in June I decided to document the process and share it online. In six short months I created many tasty recipes, learned a lot about recipe development and food photography (still improving!), and loved every comment, pin and like from you. We also started connecting on Facebook and Pinterest for even more kitchen fun.
Thank you for helping me grow as a baker, photographer, writer and dessert eater. Thank you for coming back to try recipes and read my stories. Without further ado, here are the Top 10 Recipes of 2015 from Just So Tasty, ranked by your interest and measured by Google Analytics.
#10 Pumpkin Cheesecake with Salted Caramel Sauce

Rich, smooth and full of warm spices with bold pumpkin flavor, this cheesecake is finished with a drizzle of salted caramel sauce for pure indulgence. I made it several times last fall and shared my best cheesecake tips in the recipe. Even if it feels like the wrong season, this cheesecake needs no excuse.

The only cupcake on the list and the only recipe with frosting—these feel like summertime in cupcake form. Light, moist vanilla cupcakes topped with silky buttercream made from fresh strawberries.
