This dairy-free blueberry peach smoothie is naturally sweetened and incredibly refreshing, thanks to juicy peaches and ripe blueberries. Made with almond milk and only four ingredients, it’s a light and delicious option any time of year.

I love fresh juices and smoothies, and this blueberry peach smoothie may be my new favorite. It works equally well with fresh or frozen fruit. Using almond milk keeps it dairy free and lower in calories, while still providing a smooth, pleasant texture.
I developed this recipe while preparing for a short period of softer foods after a dental procedure. It’s simple, comforting, and easy to blend — perfect for anyone who needs gentle, nutritious meals or wants a wholesome snack.
Blueberry Peach Smoothie
This blueberry peach smoothie is ideal for hot summer days, and it’s just as good in the cooler months when you use frozen peaches and blueberries.
I chose almond milk because it adds a subtle flavor and keeps the smoothie vegan and lactose-free. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk works well since the fruit provides plenty of natural sweetness. If you prefer a sweeter drink, use a sweetened almond milk.
This smoothie is made without yogurt to avoid dairy and reduce calories. Ice cubes add body and thickness, and for an even denser texture you can chill the smoothie briefly in the freezer before serving.
