Thick, tropical & full of sunny fruit flavors - Make this Mango Fruit Smoothie for the perfect healthy pick-me up!

At this time of year I get a little jealous scrolling social media and seeing everyone’s vacation photos. I’m bundled up in sweatpants, short on vitamin D, while others seem to be lounging on beaches sipping cocktails. Not ready to ditch the sweatpants yet, but a tropical treat like this smoothie helps me feel like I’m on vacation — and motivates me to be a bit more active.

Thick, tropical & full of sunny fruit flavors - This Mango Fruit Smoothie is a healthy pick-me-up

This Mango Fruit Smoothie is thick, creamy and vacation-approved. The ingredients are simple and wholesome, evoking bright tropical flavors while keeping the recipe healthy. It tastes like a drinkable Dole Whip thanks to the mango, pineapple and banana, while Greek yogurt adds creaminess and protein so the smoothie feels satisfying without being heavy.

You’ll get the feel of mango ice cream or a tropical milkshake, but with fewer calories and better nutrition than most dessert-style versions. It’s quick to make and perfect for breakfast, a snack or anytime you want a sunny boost.
