This healthy Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie tastes like dessert. It captures the flavors of your favorite cookies without dairy, gluten, or refined sugar.

Recently I’ve noticed some inventive smoothie recipes online. I usually stick to fruit-based blends, but these dessert-style smoothies kept catching my eye.
To be honest, I don’t mind dessert for breakfast—my jeans might disagree—but when I kept seeing smoothies that taste indulgent yet use wholesome ingredients, I had to try one.
This Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie exceeded my expectations. It truly tastes like oatmeal cookies: warm vanilla, cinnamon, and a comforting spice note—yet it’s made from simple, clean ingredients.
Adding rolled oats gives the drink fiber and a cookie-like mouthfeel. There’s no refined sugar, no dairy for those who avoid lactose, and it can be gluten free if you choose certified gluten-free oats. Best of all, it takes minutes to prepare—no waiting for butter to soften or dough to chill. You get that cookie flavor fast and guilt-free.
It really tastes like cookies and is completely guilt-free. I’ll definitely be making this again.
