I used about 3/4 cup raspberries, but if you prefer a stronger raspberry presence you can increase to 1 cup—this will mellow the peanut butter note. Either amount is delicious and depends on your taste.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 medium-sized banana, ripe (yellow)
  • 3/4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (use no-sugar peanut butter for a sugar-free option)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust raspberry amount to taste and serve immediately.

Notes

*If your peanut butter is natural, stir it well before adding so the oil is combined.
